What this website collects, why, and what happens to it afterwards. We collect very little, and only from the quote form.

The only personal information this website collects is what you type into the quote form: your name, organisation and email address, and optionally your phone number, country, and the details of the test you are trying to run.
We use it to answer your inquiry, prepare a quote, and fulfil an order. Nothing else. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, we do not pass it to anyone else for their own purposes, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Simply reading the site collects nothing. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking services running on it.
Form submissions are stored in this website’s database and emailed to info@sageactioninc.com. The site runs on servers operated on our behalf by our hosting provider. No one outside Sage Action has access to your inquiry.
We keep submissions for as long as we need them to answer you, and afterwards as part of our business records. A quote often becomes an order, and an order carries warranty and support history we may need to refer to years later. We do not set an arbitrary deletion date — but you can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will.
This site sets no analytics, advertising or social media cookies. WordPress and Elementor, the software the site runs on, may set functional cookies that are needed for pages and forms to work.
Web fonts are served from this website rather than from a third-party font service, so opening a page does not disclose your visit to anyone else.
The quote form uses Google reCAPTCHA to block automated submissions. Google receives technical information about your browser and device for that purpose, and handles it under its own privacy policy.
Sage Action, Inc. is based in Pinetop, Arizona. If you contact us from outside the United States, the information you send is transferred to and stored in the United States, where data protection law differs from that in your own country. Submitting the form, and ticking the consent box on it, is how you agree to that transfer.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@sageactioninc.com and we will.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to object to how we use your information, to ask for a copy of it in a portable form, and to complain to your national data protection authority.
